Corporate and Client Services

The primary focus of Corporate and Client Services is to ensure that Property Services provides the best possible service to clients.

A team of Managers, Client Relations (MCR) is integral to the provision of good client service and a MCR is allocated to each University portfolio and division.

With the exception of maintenance issues, locksmith requests and cleaning queries –which are handled via the Property Services’ Service Desk – the MCR should be the initial point of contact within Property Services and will facilitate access to services provided by the various branches of Property Services.

Corporate and Client Services also has responsibility for:

  • All property acquisitions and disposals and the leasing and management of all commercial services.
  • The allocation of parking spaces and all other parking related matters including the Congestion Levy.
  • Marketing and communications for Property Services
