Statute 3.8 – Vice-President

1. The Council may appoint one or more Vice-Presidents for such period and on such conditions as the Council decides.

2. A Vice-President:
(a) may act for and assist the Vice-Chancellor and President in the execution of their powers and duties;

(b) shall have such powers as may be necessary for or incidental to the performance of these duties.

3. Regulations made pursuant to this Statute will come into effect when displayed on the university’s Statutes and Regulations Web site.
