We know students come to RMIT for a world-class education, but sometimes it’s difficult to adjust to the pace of uni life—including writing assignments and studying for exams.
That’s why we offer free study and learning advice to all RMIT students, including:
- strategies and tips to improve your assignment writing and thesis writing
- tips to study more effectively
- maths and science developmental support and advice
- English language development
Our staff have specialist expertise in:
- academic writing and other literacies
- maths
- physics
- English as a second language
- linguistics
Apart from workshops, we offer a range of online learning resources, which include:
- Study Smart—a series of short animated videos for those of you who may be unfamiliar with the tertiary study environment.
- the Learning Lab—study and writing resources to improve your study, writing and maths skills.
