To reset your password using a challenge question, go to the Password assistance web page.
If you are onshore and need password assistance, please call us to arrange a password reset.
If you are an offshore student or currently overseas we can reset your password via email. Please send us the following information to arrange a password reset:
- RMIT ID number
- Your full name
- Your date of birth
- Your home address
- The system you are logging into.
IT Service Desk hours of operation
Summer hours of operation (1 December to 31 January):
8.00 am to 6.00 pm (AEST) Monday to Friday
Hours of operation (1 February to 30 November):
8.00 am to 8.00 pm (AEST) Monday to Friday
8.30 am to 4.30 pm (AEST) Saturday
Walk up support for 1 February to 30 November:
Staff and students can also seek assistance from a library IT Service Desk.
Swanston Library 9.00 am to 1.00 pm and 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm (AEST) Monday to Friday
Bundoora Library 9.00 am to 1.00 pm and 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm (AEST) Monday to Friday
Brunswick Library 9.00 am to 1.00 pm and 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm (AEST) Wednesdays
Building 80 Level 3 service point 8.00 am to 6.00 pm (AEST) Monday to Friday
