Statute 3.4 – Deputy Vice-Chancellors
1. The Council may appoint one or more Deputy Vice-Chancellors for such period and on such conditions as the Council decides.
2. A Deputy Vice-Chancellor:
(a) may act for and assist the Vice-Chancellor in the execution of their powers and duties; and
(b) shall have such powers as may be necessary for or incidental to the performance of these duties.
3. Regulations made pursuant to this Statute will come into effect when displayed on the university’s Statutes and Regulations Website.[Next: Accountability]
