Statute 3.5 – The Director of Technical and Further Education

1. The Council may appoint a Director of Technical and Further Education (‘the Director”) for such period and on such conditions as the Council decides.

2. The Director:

(a) may assist the Vice-Chancellor in the execution of his or her powers and duties; and

(b) shall have such powers as may be necessary for or incidental to the performance of these duties.

3. Regulations made pursuant to this Statute will come into effect when displayed on the university’s Statutes and Regulations Website.
