Free dance classes on City campus

Tired of doing the robot? Find some new moves at these weekly classes.

Get your shake on this semester with RMIT Link Arts & Culture’s free program of lunchtime dance classes for RMIT students.

Whether you want to swing your hips at a Latin class, bust a move breakdancing, learn a choreographed hip-hop routine or spice it up with a mix of hip-hop infused Bollywood, there’s a lunchtime dance class to get you moving.

Classes take place weekday lunchtimes, 12.30-1.30pm, on RMIT City campus.

To join, simply turn up to the class and we’ll take your details. Classes are suitable for beginners as well as those with more experience.

Mondays: Latin, starts 19 March in the University Function Room, Building 8, Level 2

Tuesdays: B-boying/B-girling (Breakdance), starts 28 February in the Edward Jackson Room, Building 57, Level 4

Thursdays: Urban Choreography, starts 1 March, Edward Jackson Room, Building 57, Level 4

Fridays: Bollypop, starts 23 March, University Function Room, Building 8, Level 2
