This website has been developed to support and inform teaching within RMIT.

You will find practical guides on approaches to preparing, conducting and evaluating your teaching, and also current information on professional learning, funding and award opportunities.

We hope that you will find these resources helpful, that they will stimulate discussion and collaboration with your colleagues, and that in future you will consider making your own contribution to this site on outstanding aspects of your own learning and teaching practice.

iTunes U

Find teaching material on iTunes U arrow

iTunes U is used by universities and colleges worldwide (including RMIT) to provide audio and video content to students, colleagues and the public at no charge. Material available covers a wide range of topics, and offers teaching staff an opportunity to supplement their lectures with an ad hoc ‘virtual guest speaker’.

Search iTunes U by subject, speaker or provider and direct your students to content of interest/relevance. Files can be viewed online or downloaded to portable media devices - or students can subscribe to topics of interest to automatically receive updates.

iTunes U can be accessed using the popular iTunes application, which is available on all RMIT computers. Contact ITS Helpdesk if you require assistance.
